  4. Click “My Applications” or to view the real-time status of your application.

The following items NEEDED

  1. Background Check
  2. DD 214 (Military Only)
  3. Level II Training Certificate

Prints Required: You must schedule a fingerprint appointment. We either do not have fingerprints on file OR the prints are of poor quality.
