- Click “My Applications” or to view the real-time status of your application.
The following items NEEDED
- Background Check
- DD 214 (Military Only)
- Level II Training Certificate
Prints Required: You must schedule a fingerprint appointment. We either do not have fingerprints on file OR the prints are of poor quality. You will receive an email from the provider with a link to the scheduling program. If you do not receive the email or have problems with the link, proceed to the provider site Click Here.
