Uniform Guidance Memorandum

TO: All Stategic Protection Solutions Personnel

Purpose: To clarify the standards of appearance and compliance while on duty

  1. Commision Card: Your Commission Card is considered part of your uniform and is required to be in your possession while on duty. Failure to do so may result in a disciplinary write up.
  2. Headgear (Hats): Baseball caps may be worn but are restricted to either all Black or all Dark Navy Blue, these hats are not to have any logos with exception of the word “SECURITY” or the Strategic Protection Solutions logo. Western hats may be worn
  3. Shirts: Must be clean and serviceable, not be faded, wrinkled or excessively worn, and have all required brass (S/Os and nameplate), flag bar is optional.
  4. Shoes and Boots: Must be all black including soles without any obvious logos, for example: No black tennis shoes with a white “Nike” Swoosh on them. Black Boots with leather are to be polished and shined.
  5. Pants: Are to be Dark Navy Blue, clean and serviceable. If faded, they need to be replaced or re-dyed.
  6. Beards: Those having beards should keep them neat and trimmed.

You represent Strategic Protection Solutions and should put forth your best effort to have a professional appearance. You do not get a second chance to make a first impression.

Open-Positions

We need Lead Security Officers (Site Supervisor – Corporal) for the South and North Houston sites.

We also need Senior Security Officers (Supervisor – Sr. Officer) for South and North Houston sites.

Security Officers interested in possibly becoming Lead Security Officers (Site Supervisor – Corporal) or Senior Security Officers (Supervisor – Sr. Officer) at one of these locations should submit an email to gnash@strategicprotection.us

Qualified Security Officers should have:

  • No excessive absences or tardies,
  • Must have successfully completed 90-day probationary period,
  • No disciplinary actions with the past year,
  • Preferably has some supervisory experience (but not mandatory),
  • Must not have been a previous Lead or Site Supervisor and been demoted (By self or by company,
  • Be able to attend weekly Zoom meetings with Management and Administration,
  • Must be able to enforce Strategic Protection policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Post Orders for that specific location,
  • Must become familiar with Strategic Protection paperwork and reporting system to effectively supervise that specific location.

LEAD SECURITY OFFICER (CORPORAL) – reports to SERGEANT and above

SERGEANT – reports to CHIEF

CHIEF – reports to SR. MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP
